Teachers:

Assign a Behavior Reflection Lab.

The Missing Consequence Between a Warning and the Office.

for 3-5th Grade Teachers

When You’ve Tried Everything

When warnings stop working, Reflection Labs gives teachers the next step they need.

Built for Today’s Classrooms

Things have changed. Expectations are less clear, consequences are limited, and teachers feel less supported than ever — often left managing repeated behaviors with few real options after warnings, redirects, and conversations.

Reflection Labs was created for that exact moment — giving teachers a short, student-friendly response that actually counts as a consequence, without adding work or stopping instruction.

This isn’t a program you have to run.
It’s a tool you use when you need it.

How Reflection Labs Work

When behavior continues, Reflection Labs gives teachers a clear, structured next step.

Step 1

Assign the First Reflection Lab

When warnings and redirects aren’t enough, assign the first lab.
It’s short, student-friendly, and completed independently.

Step 2

Assign the Next Lab if the Behavior Continues

If the behavior happens again, assign the next lab in the sequence.
The questions go deeper and expectations become clearer.

Step 3

Reach a Clear Final Step

Each behavior includes three labs, used in order.
By the third lab, students have had multiple chances to reflect—and teachers have a clear, documented record that helps administrators support next steps if the behavior continues.

Closing Line (Do not skip this):

Each completed lab is automatically time-stamped and documented, creating clarity and consistency when determining what comes next.
